About the Author

Born in Aotearoa New Zealand, and further formed in Australia, Tessa has lived and worked in the port city of Hamburg, as a designer and language teacher since 2006. Before settling in northern Germany, she studied poetry with Judith Beveridge and David Brooks, and short fiction with Sue Woolfe, in the University of Sydney graduate writing program. Tessa’s first poetry collection, DREAM HOUSES, is out now from Kelsay Books.
